Manufacturing/hardware faults: repair or replace free. Misuse/improper operation: repair/replacement at 50% of the original selling price. Customer ships defective unit(s) to us; we cover return shipping (or include with the next bulk order).

Spare Units

We supply 2–3% additional spares per order at 70% of unit price for your after-sales stock.

Out-of-Warranty Repair

After 1 year: repair/replacement at 70% of current unit price, including a new battery and a renewed 1-year warranty for the replaced unit. Customer covers both outbound and return shipping.
